ChIP(Chromatin immunoprecipitation

전사인자 결합부위, modification 부위를 면역침강반응을 이용하여 분리하여 대규모로 보기 위한 Sequencing 기법

MBD (Methyl-CpG Binding domain protein)

Methyl-CpG binding domain protein을 이용하여 선택적으로 capture된 DNA구간을 Sequencing하는 기법

MeDIP(Methylated DNA immunoprecipitation)

메틸레이션된 Cytosine에 결합하는 Antibody로 면역침강 반응을 이용하여 선택적으로 capture된 구간을 sequencing하는 기법

Agilent SureSelect Human Methyl-Seq kit

Solution Hybridization 방식을 이용해 이미 잘 알려진 methylation 구간을 capture 하여 분석하는 방식으로 Cancer-tissue specific DMRs, GENCODE promoters, CpG islands을 포함
